2. Essential Characteristics of the Service

• Type of service: city and airport transfer — point-to-point passenger transport with a driver
• Service details: pickup and drop-off points, transfer date/time, vehicle class, number of passengers and special requests are applied as stated in the booking
• Duration: the time slot in the booking (journey time varies with distance)
• Vehicle and driver: insured vehicle and licensed, professionally certified driver, in compliance with Turkish legislation

3. Price and Payment

• The total price is shown on the booking page, VAT included
• Prices are in Turkish Lira (TRY) or Euro (€)
• Currency conversions are calculated at the rates applicable at the time of payment; your bank may apply an additional conversion difference
• Payment: credit/debit card (with 3D Secure), bank transfer, or another method accepted by the Seller
• Card details are processed through PCI DSS certified virtual POS / iframe payment services and are not stored by the Seller

4. Performance and Delivery

• The service starts at the pickup point on the date and at the time stated in the booking
• Driver details (name, phone, vehicle plate) are sent to the Buyer before the service by SMS, e-mail or in-app notification
• At airport pickups, the driver meets you with a name sign
• Waiting times and additional charges where the Buyer is late or has given incorrect details are set out in the Cancellation and Refund Policy

5. Right of Withdrawal

Even so, we offer consumer-friendly cancellation conditions. For details, see the Cancellation and Refund Policy.

6. Dispute Resolution

Please send complaints and objections to us first. For unresolved disputes you may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committees within the applicable monetary limits, and to the Consumer Courts above those limits. Current limits are set annually by the Turkish Ministry of Trade (https://ticaret.gov.tr).
